Jet ski trip to Sierra Helada

Sierra Helada is a protected natural area that is part of the network of natural parks of the Valencian Community. The numerous species of fish, crustaceans and other invertebrates find in these bottoms the right conditions to trhive. A coastline full of life that you can visit with one of our Jetski Excursions.

Before heading thre, our monitors will meet you 20 minutes before the excursion at our base in Portosenso. We will inform you of the safety regulations that we will have to respect while we are riding on top of the jet ski. In addition, we will give you the necessary equipment and the itinerary that the departure will follow.

All ready? It will be time to go to our platforms for jet skis, start and head towards Sierra Helada. During the journey we will come across coves and small beaches such as Isla de l'Olla. Seeing Altea from the sea with a jet ski is priceless!

Once we leave Altea and its picturesque landscape behind us, we reach the village of El Albir. This town marks the beginning of the famous Sierra Helada Natural Park. This natural area offers a unique experience. Along the route, you can see cliffs, hidden coves, sea caves and a great variety of marine fauna and flora. In addition, you can enjoy the sensation of speed and adrenaline that the jet ski offers while sailing through the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean. This activity is ideal for nature and water sports lovers looking for an exciting and memorable experience.

Once we arrive, we will leave the jet skis aside and take a short break to enjoy the precious landscapes. You will take some photographs that will be the envy of your relatives!

What do we need to make one of our jet ski outings in Benidorm? As it is a guided excursion, you will only need to be over 18 years old and present your identity document. You won't need a nautical license!

Start

The excursion will leave our base, located in Portosenso, Altea. We will pass through several coves and small beaches such as l’Olla and its island. Once we left the town of Altea, we reached Albir, where the Sierra Helada Natural Park begins, over 6 km long and with 300-meter high cliffs. We will take a break to rest, refresh ourselves and take some photographs. Once we have discovered the great environmental and landscape value of this island and its surroundings, we will return to the way back.

Information

REQUIREMENTS:

No need for nautical certification and accompanied by a guide / monitor
From the age of 16 with paternal authorization

SECURITY:

The use of a lifejacket is mandatory
The bikes have a man-overboard device that will be connected to the pilot’s vest.
The bikes have the most advanced security systems.
The minimum distance between each motorcycle is 50 meters.
During the outings, the water bikes must respect a distance of 200 meters from the beach.
The entrances and exits of the port until the entry markers of the entrance must be carried out at a maximum speed of 3 knots.
Before each departure, the monitor will carry out a briefing of mandatory safety regulations and navigation in convoys.
Those who do not respect these measures will block their Jet Ski and will be towed to the base port.
